What’s New in RapidMiner Studio 7.1?
This page describes the new features of RapidMiner Studio 7.1 as well as its enhancements and bug fixes.
Update / migration
Please note that RapidMiner Studio 7.1 is only compatible with RapidMiner Server 7.1 and above. Please do not update to this version if you have not yet updated your Server.
You can download and install the new version of RapidMiner Studio from our download page. You can also update RapidMiner Studio from within the product by using the “Marketplace” in the “Extensions” menu. Switch to the “Updates” tab, select to update RapidMiner and follow the steps.
Process zoom
RapidMiner Studio’s process editor now supports zooming in and out of processes, e.g., to get a quick overview of your process or to focus on details.
Process status display
RapidMiner Studio now visualizes the progress of active operators.
Improved error feedback
RapidMiner Studio now allows to check configuration warnings directly in the process editor. Just click the icon to display the corresponding warning.
Bundled MariaDB Connector/J
RapidMiner Studio now ships with the MariaDB Connector/J which allows to connect to both MariaDB and MySQL databases. This connector replaces the previously bundled MySQL Connector/J.
