What's new in RapidMiner Radoop 9.4
This page describes the new features of RapidMiner Radoop 9.4. Note that RapidMiner Radoop 9.4 changed its backwards compatibility level and now requires at least RapidMiner Studio 9.3 and RapidMiner Server 9.3 or higher. Update is available through RapidMiner Marketplace.
Improved Radoop Proxy Connections
Radoop Proxy can now be configured with an Enterprise Single Sign On (SSO) enabled RapidMiner Server using SAML 2.0 authentication scheme. Customers can use their Enterprise SSO credentials to open their way through Radoop Proxy to reach a firewalled Hadoop cluster.
Update on support matrix
To provide more focus on the latest development in the Hadoop ecosystem, Radoop started a deprecation process of providing connection capabilities to some specific Spark and Hadoop vendors and versions. More details can be found in the Changes in Version 9.4.0.
