What's new in RapidMiner Studio 8.1
Auto Model
A new working mode for rapid creation, comparison, and exploration of new models. Auto Model will save you a lot of time in creating processes for multiple models.
- Auto Model View
This view will allow you to train, compare and select the best model for your data easily as you are guided by our smart wizard.
o Model Simulator
It allows getting predictions from a model using different input values. This is good both for testing and what-if simulations. The most relevant attributes for the decision are also displayed.
o Explain predictions
It provides the most relevant attributes used for the prediction in each Example.Even complicated models stop being black boxes, as this operator increases the visibility of how the models work.
o Prescriptive analytics
This operator provides a way to find the optimal input values to obtain a desired result. It helps to answer the question: what do I need to do in order to meet my goals?
Global search
Find anything within your repository and the operator list using a central search engine: processes, models, operators, extensions… even regularly needed actions! No need to search through all our folder structure any more: everything is now at hand!
Security
- User passwords are now hidden and replaced by stars after typed.
- Passwords are now kept encrypted in the .RapidMiner user folder.
Improved performance
We have re-factored a few operators, including Join, Correlation Matrix and K-Means to drastically improve performance, with up to x10 increases in speed.
