- Raised the threshold for failed connection attempts to a job container before it is re-spawned

- Fixed wrong encoding for the resource retrieval in Projects
- Fixed error message translation with the Projects page
- Fixed stale data displayed within create Project UI
- Fixed breadcrumbs for connections on root level
- Fixed Project overview page not displaying error message when project is unknown or missing
- Fixed Project contents page not displaying the entire content
